Bunting Management Group, Inc is a Property Management Company with many different types of positions. Each community has its own Management, Leasing and Maintenance Staff who work together as a team to run the property.
The Manager is totally accountable for all community operations. They ensure their community provides a quality living environment for residents and a productive, positive workplace for employees. The Manager hires, trains, motivates and supervises all on-site staff in order to achieve operational goals of the property.
Leasing Consultants are responsible for all activities related to apartment rentals. This includes assisting prospective tenants through the lease process, lease renewals and move-ins. A Leasing Consultant is very customer service oriented and strives to make current residents and prospective tenants feel welcome and comfortable in their community.
Maintenance Technicians perform various maintenance duties necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the community. They handle repairs and improvements of vacant apartments for a market ready status. They also work as a team participant along with other maintenance staff to ensure the community meets the quality maintenance standards set by the Property Manager.
The Housekeeper duties include general cleaning jobs throughout multi-unit apartment complex such as: kitchens, bathrooms, floors, walls, appliances, fixtures, dusting, vacuum, sweeping etc.
